A Transformative Journey to Reconnect and Reclaim Your Power

This four-day retreat is more than just time spent in silence—it’s an opportunity to reconnect with your essence, your purpose, and your power. Through embodiment practices like Yoga, breathwork, and dance, you will be guided out of the noise of the mind and into the wisdom of the body. This time is for the woman who knows she is meant for more, but needs space to listen, reflect, and realign.
In Yoga, we don’t work with loneliness, but rather Aloneness. Solitude is not something to be feared. It is in solitude that we discover ourselves, in silence that we hear our deepest truths. The Aligned Living Silent Retreat is for the woman ready to embrace this transformative power, to tap into her full potential, and to step into her light.

Why Choose the Aligned Living Silent Retreat?

Women often carry the weight of their responsibilities in silence, pushing through the challenges of work, family, and life. But how often do we allow ourselves to fully pause, to take a breath, to reconnect with the stillness within? This retreat answers the call to do just that. It is for the woman who is tired of being overwhelmed and is ready to nurture herself in an environment that fosters true healing.

“The Aligned Living Silent Retreat was beyond my expectations. Spending time in silence, among other women, allowed for the desperate need to silence my mind. The amazing, gentle voice of Kathleen, guiding us through soulful meditation, breathing, and yoga, was revitalising.”

“This retreat brought me home to myself. It allowed me the space to witness my own growth and deepen my inner knowing. Everyone felt welcome and seen.”

Who is the Aligned Living Silent Retreat for?

What to Expect

Crossing the Threshold

Your journey begins with a sacred arrival, a transition from the outside world into the sanctuary of silence. Through grounding rituals, guided meditation, and an opening circle, you will set your intention for the days ahead, preparing to step fully into presence.

This is a time to soften, land, and listen—to the whispers of your heart, the wisdom of your intuition, and the stillness that holds you. Together, we will honor the elements and the journeys that have brought us all here together.

As the evening unfolds, a gentle asana practice will help release tension, followed by a nourishing dinner and meditation practice, gently easing you into the sacred container of silence.

This is your invitation to leave behind the noise of the world and step into deep presence with yourself.

The Gift of Noble Silence

As dawn breaks, the retreat space becomes a haven of quiet. The day begins with an invigorating yoga and meditation practice, followed by a mindful breakfast in silence—a practice of being fully present with your senses.

Through guided journaling and a contemplative nature walk, you will explore the landscape of your inner world, allowing silence to bring clarity and perspective. In this sacred space, the mind softens, and the heart speaks.

In the evening we will step into ceremony and deep intention of releasing with the element of Fire

Movement, Expression & Expansion

Silence has softened the mind, allowing the body to step into its own rhythm. The morning opens with flowing asana and meditation, inviting movement to become a meditation of presence and ease.

With space for self-reflection and deep rest, the day unfolds organically, leading into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice — a gateway into the subconscious mind for profound healing and insight.

As the sun begins to set, we step into conscious movement and dance, allowing the body to express freely, to move without thought, and to release all that has been stored. This is a practice of liberation—where silence transforms into embodied wisdom.

The night closes with a guided journaling session, integrating the experiences and revelations of the past few days.

This is the day of embodiment—where silence is no longer an absence, but a space of deep connection to self.

Carrying the Stillness Forward

As the retreat comes to completion, this final day is dedicated to honoring the journey and integrating the silence into your daily life. A closing yoga and meditation practice allows for gentle grounding, bringing awareness to the shifts within.

During the closing circle, we hold space for gratitude—for ourselves, for each other, and for the stillness that has been our teacher. We reflect, embrace, and acknowledge the transformation that has taken place.

After a final nourishing meal, there is space for chats, goodbyes, last moments of stillness, and a farewell to the land that has held us.

Before departure, you are invited to walk the earth one last time, feeling the quiet power within you, knowing that the silence you have cultivated is now a part of you—guiding you as you step back into the world, deeply grounded, profoundly aligned.

This is not an ending, but a beginning. The journey home to yourself continues beyond these four days, carrying the wisdom of silence into every step forward.

A Sacred Sanctuary

The Heart of Our Retreat

Nestled within the breathtaking Walker Bay Conservancy, Bodhi Khaya is more than just a retreat space—it is a sanctuary of stillness, renewal, and deep connection. Here, the land itself holds a wisdom that invites you to pause, breathe, and return home to yourself.

Surrounded by some of the world’s richest biodiversity, this sacred space offers a safe and nourishing environment for personal transformation. The gentle embrace of ancient trees, the crisp mountain air, and the soft murmur of flowing water create a setting where silence is not empty—it is alive, vibrant, and deeply healing.

From the moment you step onto this land, there is a sense of homecoming—a return not only to nature but to the truest version of yourself. Whether wandering through over 30 km of walking trails, dipping into the crystal-clear spring-fed dams, or finding stillness beneath the vast, star-lit sky, every moment at Bodhi Khaya is an invitation to listen, to feel, and to simply be.

Nourishment extends beyond the soul— the kitchen prepares delicious and wholesome vegetarian meals, with gluten-free and vegan options, thoughtfully crafted to support your journey.

This is a space where silence whispers wisdom, where nature reminds you of your belonging, and where stillness reveals the power within you.

Bodhi Khaya is not just a place—it is a profound experience, a sacred home for transformation.
