During these 4 days you are going to learn to be with silence instead of distracting from it. Through embodiment practices like Yoga, breathwork and dance you will be guided to move out of the mind and into the body.
This experience is for the woman who is ready to tap into her full power and step into her light. Through change we become who we were born to be and there is no better way to seek out change than to be still. Only in stillness can we find a deeper connection to Self, to Source & ultimately understand our purpose and live our Truth.
Bodhi Khaya offers up a safe space for you to delve deep within, while being held by the wild, serene natural environment. This time in nature is about ‘doing’ less and embracing being; Silence is not only the absence of speaking, but the absence of thinking.

Amidst the gentle hum of breath and the subtle whispers of inner wisdom, we honor each other’s presence and hold space for one another’s growth. Together, in the quiet embrace of sisterhood, we find courage to delve deep within, to listen to the whispers of our hearts, and to emerge stronger, wiser, and more radiant than ever before.
Noble Silence is more than “not speaking” to others. Silence is a delicious privilege which gives us the opportunity to hear our inner voice. This is an opportunity to worry less about what is not being said and focus more on what you can “hear”.
As this is a group container it is important to recognize that everyone will be in “process”. Please respect the other attendees and refrain from communicating with each other in any way, including eye contact.
Please note that this is a phone free experience. You will be allowed to check your phone for 5 minutes in the morning during meal time. Your phone will be switched off the rest of the time and kept safe with Kathleen.
Please also note that even though journaling is encouraged, please do not bring anything to read like a book/kindle/ipad as these serve as a distraction.
The meals that we will prepare have been thoughtfully put together to encourage an experience of sensory exploration. Use your time during meals to experience being fully present in the moment. Savor every bite and as the saying goes: “Drink Your Food, Chew Your Water” R. Madhavan.
Around a central courtyard, there are 14 beautiful, monastery style single rooms. There is a sitting area to relax and enjoy complimentary tea and coffee. Each room contains a bed, a small cupboard space for clothing and a side table. These rooms lead into an open plan living space that looks out across the gardens and labyrinth. The Cloister rooms have access to 3 separate shared and communal bathrooms with 5 toilets and 4 showers.
The Courtyard rooms are conveniently situated close to both the Meditation Hall and the main Dining Room. Each room has an en-suite bathroom. They have been named after the beautiful flowers growing in the garden: Fern, Wild Olive, Morning Glory, Orchid and Poppy.
The Communal Farmhouse has three lovely common areas including a kitchenette, a cosy lounge with fireplace and a charming library with seating. Restio is a single room, Disa is a twin room, Daisy is a king room. These share two communal bathrooms. Pincushion is a room with private ensuite bathroom.
The Garden Rooms are quirky and eccentric, each with their own personality. There are rooms that can be converted to a twin, with an en-suite bathroom with either a bath, a shower or both. Each with their own individual countryside charm, our four Garden Rooms are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
